Licensing policy

A plain-language outline of how INTERSRC handles music and media licensing requests.

Last updated: July 15, 2026

Licence scope

Every licence is based on the project, media, territory, term, audience, edit requirements, and exclusivity requested. A quote is not permission to use a work until an agreement is signed.

Rights and clearances

We confirm the rights represented for each approved track and identify any additional approvals needed before delivery.

Delivery and reporting

Licensed materials, permitted versions, credit language, cue-sheet requirements, and reporting obligations are set out in the final agreement.

Start an enquiry

Use the licensing enquiry form with as much detail as possible. We will recommend suitable tracks and explain the next clearance steps.
