What to send
Send a private listening link, a concise project description, your role, the project’s rights status, and what you want from a label relationship. Do not send masters, large attachments, passwords, or confidential information.
Your authority
You confirm that you control the submitted material or have permission from every relevant owner and contributor to share it for evaluation. Do not submit material that infringes another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, contract, or other rights.
No obligation or transfer
A submission does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, agency, publishing, recording, or other commercial relationship. Ownership does not transfer to INTERSRC, and we are not required to review, respond, give feedback, return material, or make an offer.
Similar projects
INTERSRC and its artists may already be developing material with similar themes, sounds, titles, visuals, or concepts. Similarity alone does not establish that submitted material was used.
Review and retention
Authorised staff may review submission information for label planning. We retain and anonymise it under our privacy policy and operational retention schedule. You may request deletion, subject to suppression, legal, and security records we must retain.
Contact
Questions about a submission or withdrawal request can be sent to submissions@intersrc.com. Identify the email address, subject, and approximate submission date.
