We collect information you choose to provide through contact, licensing, account, and newsletter forms, together with basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use information
We use submitted information to answer enquiries, manage subscriptions, provide requested services, protect the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and choices
New enquiries are scheduled for review and anonymisation within 24 months; resolved enquiries within 12 months. Unconfirmed newsletter requests are deleted after 14 days. Following unsubscribe, we retain a one-way email hash on a suppression list and remove the readable address after 30 days. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@intersrc.com.
Service providers
Hosting, email, analytics, storage, and security providers may process limited information on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards.
