Somewhere beneath the noise, another world is waking.** Dance While The City Burns introduces listeners to Annwra's distinctive collision of ancient mythology and futuristic electronic music. Across five tracks, the EP moves through abandoned streets illuminated by red neon, blackouts filled with strange transmissions and intimate moments of romance at the edge of catastrophe. The title track opens with restless electronic energy, establishing the urgency of a city falling apart while its inhabitants continue dancing. Kiss Me In The Blackout shifts towards a darker, more intimate atmosphere, exploring desire and connection in a world where even the lights can no longer be trusted. Red Lights Over Annwn reaches deeper into the mythology behind Annwra's identity. Inspired by the Welsh Otherworld, the track imagines ancient boundaries dissolving beneath the artificial glow of a future metropolis. Hounds In The Static introduces something more threatening: spectral figures moving through damaged transmissions, suggesting that the disturbances spreading across the city may not be technological at all. The closing track, Chrome Tears, brings the journey into a more reflective space, where synthetic emotion, human memory and the ruins of the electric city begin to merge. Musically, the EP combines darkwave atmospheres, industrial percussion, cinematic electronic production and melodic dark-pop songwriting.
